The story of Fipsi: A penguin must go into the water

Everyone deserves to be able to use all their abilities! But many of us cannot do this because either the social environment (e.g. the design of the workplace) does not allow it or certain psychological needs are missing (e.g. recognition of performance). What can be done to improve both is explained in the story of the penguin who has to go into the water. THERE he is in HIS element and can use all his abilities….

„Fipsi must go into the water“

Now something wonderful happens, because the penguin jumps into the water. We observe with you how agile and dexterous the penguin is all of a sudden. Now he is in his element and can fully develop all his abilities!
