The demands of new structures, caused by the pandemic, lead to the rapid formation and dissolution of working groups. The time in which people can develop contact and trust in each other has become very short. Inspiring others, giving meaning to work, combining the strengths of a team and dealing constructively with tensions have become indispensable leadership qualities in the current phase.

Dealing with great stress and pressure requires knowledge of one’s own strengths and needs. Self-management and better relationship management help to reduce this pressure and enable you to perform at your best both as an individual and in a team. Which company today can afford to do without these skills?

Before the outbreak of the pandemic, it was possible to pay attention to body language, sound and much more in personal communication with other people.

The forced use of more video conferencing, teleconferencing or communication via whatsapp, email and SMS eliminates many observable “signs” in communication with others.

The starting point for helpful tools in dealing with others is the fact that human behaviour in daily communication can be observed from second to second. Everyone can see it, in themselves and in others.

However, behaviour under normal and severe stress can be easily classified and described.

The knowledge of these behaviour patterns enables us to better manage ourselves and to constructively shape relationships with others – even under stress. Since these behaviour patterns are predictable, the observation of these patterns offers a further instrument to better assess people and their personalities.

Each personality type has its own type-specific behaviour under stress, which varies according to its severity. These negative behaviour sequences are not only predictable and observable, but can also be reversed into positive behaviour (more creativity, more useful skills, etc.) through appropriate interventions. This makes the application of the model particularly valuable.

You will be able to get people (and yourself) out of stressful situations more easily than before!

You will be empowered (with a little practice and support from our trainers) to get the best out of your colleagues, children, partners, suppliers, customers and more.

Observable patterns (there are 18 different ones in total) allow you to correctly assess the situation (stress level) with another person. This also works on the phone or in the text of a message (e.g. email)!

Afterwards you can provide with APPROPRIATE and above all the RIGHT means for more creativity, commitment, performance, empathy, but also peace and fun (at work). Of course, the same applies to your private life and the contact with partners, relatives and children within the family. These above mentioned means do not cost money and deal with an essential insight:
